Thank you for purchasing products and services from MonetizeIQ. This policy explains when refunds may be available for our online courses and consulting services.
Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our courses, all course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase only if:
- The student has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- There are technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved.
Consulting Services
Payments made for financial modelling, business analytics, budgeting, forecasting, ESG reporting, and personal finance consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a consulting project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion less any processing fees.
